I am causing myself further depression. The things I do to gain temporary happiness are the very things that will bring me down.

I keep giving and giving. It makes me happy. But I have forgotten to leave some for myself.

Just had the most spectacular dream and I better do this before I forget everything.

I lived in this huge mansion with many rooms, hall ways and gardens. It was magnificent. I was with mother at the time. Then a giant demon suddently came. Huge demon towering above us all. The sky changed to a deep reddish brown darkness. It tried to possess me but I resisted. It was difficult and I could feel faint and I think it was trying to take over my mind, but I resisted like crazy. It was painful but I kept resisting. The furnitures were flying by, hurled into the far wall and broke into pieces. It was extreme chaos. Not just in the house but the gardens were ripped out and chunks were flying through the air. There was a hurricane outside. Darkness, crazy winds and debris flying everywhere. The ground was ripped open. And I kept resisting. The demon was mad. Real mad that it couldn't take me. Don't know why I had a camera in hand and fired random shots to capture everything. Some other smaller demons appeared as well. They started coming toward us but couldn't reach us. Little demons. Ugly ones. Crazy mad weird looking demons. They couldn't touch us...

When everything was over. I was holding on to a photo log book of the entire event. It was the only proof that the demons came. It was captured in photos. Some friends thought I was crazy until I showed them the photos.

Arrghhhh!! Now I'm wondering, if only I could find this photo log book, I'd know the whole story. Now where is it...

It's been awhile since I last visited you little shiny.

Just to recap, the year 2008 was REAL bad. It nearly took my life away in a bad car crash on Christmas night. My car skidded in a thunderstorm as I was avoiding a damn bike. Couldn't see shit with all that gigantic drops splattering on my windscreen and I went into a concrete wall... diagonally... luckily. The car was almost totalled. I blacked out momentarily. My life flashed before my eyes (for real), not just a figure of speech. I don't remember much except for being glad I didn't hit that bike. He sped off! Damn bikes!! He nearly caused a life. My life. Luckily for him and for me, I am alive.



It's June 2009 now. A good half year after. I have recovered. Or so I would like to think... believe, from my psychological wounds.

There was a clean slash cut on my left shoe exposing the white fibres inside, but it's not there anymore. Yes the cut was on the surface of the shoe. Everyone saw and confirmed it. But it's not there anymore. I don't know why and I don't know what this means. This is totally freaky. I am looking at the shoe I wore on the night of the accident. The tear on the shoe is not there anymore. No one sewed it back. No one touched the shoe. It was kept in the cabinet til I took it out again and it looks brand new. I don't understand. I just don't. It is freaking me out.

Life was never the same again.

Strange conversations and messages. Noodle crisps on the floor. Stains. Shifted bottles. Cupboard door bashed in. G-code on recorder display panel. Re-arranged bathroom. Bowl on table. Clothes on the floor. Phone stylus missing. Woke on couch. Ahh forget it. I can't do this...

NO THANKS to SWITCHFUSION! They screwed up so bad I can't imagine how they survived for that long. They are in dispute now and my previous website is gone forever. They have even locked down my domain name.

This is Hershey's Sundae Pie from Burger King. I am in love with it. I am completely obsessed with it. I dream about it. Yearn for it. I buy them in bulk. Skip meals to eat it. I am so addicted I am going to continue eating it until something happens to me.

I've recently sold my Samsung 26" LCD and wanted to buy a 42" plasma but when I saw this 14" beauty in bb's store room, I fell in love with it. I don't think I want that plasma anymore.

Done with the POSB TVCs. Now I'm losing a lot of sleep creating something for a gig in Hong Kong, but I am having so much fun. More than that, I am truly very very honored to be asked to do this for her.

After serving me for more than a decade, it's time for my old and damaged Spirit Absolute 2 passive monitors to retire. These are my brand new KRK RP8 powered studio monitors and they sound absolutely brilliant. With the Absolutes, I usually have to double check the mix with the help of my trusty Sennheiser HD-25 headphones, but with these RP8s, I was amazed that they sounded like I was wearing my HD25s! I kept putting on my headphones and taking them off to compare the sound but there was really NO diff. Like wow! And for the first time, I can hear the artifacts in 128k to 160k encoded mp3s clearly. Embarrassing but true. Also now I don't have to use my JBL subwoofers. The bass response from these babies ROK! It's so tight, all my electric guitar bass tones are no longer muddled. This is really a good example of "I didn't know what I was missing". Visit sinamex to check them out.

The new multi-storey T3 generally feels like T2 but somehow looks bigger and better. I kinda like it.



The skylight ceiling is breathtaking and ingenious. Because the airport will be naturally lit during the day, they're gonna save on electricity. I imagine a lot of people will have strained necks enjoying the complexity of the almost random structure above.

While waiting for my car to be serviced, I spent an hour on the 4th floor of Ang Mo Kio Autopoint, at Riverview Auto's waiting lounge overlooking the driveway below. At first I shot just one, then another, then when I realise there were so many dull silver or grey ones, I waited for colors red, blue, green, yellow, then I needed a truck, then a bike... fantastic way to past time but my arms were aching. Before I knew it, I was snapping my car while the mechanic drove it by. Guess which one is mine. Ok give you a hint: It's black.

Actual size of the collage is 1.3m by 1.8m. I don't know why but it's actually quite fun to look at.

Outside the Ang Mo Kio MRT station, you can either post up your ad on the noticeboard or simply stand behind it to sell your shoes.

Ang Mo Kio central has changed so much since my childhood back in the 80's. The new air-conditioned bus interchange is IN the multi-storey mall itself and the atmosphere is not heartlandish at all. Lots of nice boutique, shops and restaurants. The hawker centres around the mall have also been renovated and the variety of good food is just great. Makansutra, Channel-U, LiveEats and The Green Book food-hunters have also obviously raided the town. I'll definitely come back for more.



And this is what have become of one of my favorite curry puff stalls at Blk 722 Ang Mo Kio Central #01-2843. They open from 9.30am to 9.30pm and their super tasty freshly made curry puffs sell for $1 each. The constant stream of customers throughout their 12 hour day is amazing.
